The desire of Children’s Ministries at Commonwealth Chapel is to minister 
to families through providing supervision and stimulating activities for 
children during church services. Children’s Ministries strives to offer a 
safe, nurturing environment in which each child experiences the love of 
Christ. Through love, care, play, music, and education, Children’s 
Ministries aspires not only to allow children to develop relationships with 
other children and volunteers, but also to help them begin a lifelong 
journey with Jesus.

Children’s Ministries is currently broken into four divisions to minister to 
different ages of children. We have a nursery for infants who are not yet 
walking steadily, a toddler room for children who walk steadily through 
age 3, a preschool room for children ages 3 through five, and Godz Kidz 
for kindergarten through fifth grade. 

The staff and volunteers of Children's Ministries will continuously strive to 
be educated regarding child development in an effort to provide effective
